Pickleball Kingdom franchise Pickleball X Equity plans to open a new 35,897-square-foot club at 1700 Orchard Gateway Blvd., in North Aurora, IL, featuring 10 professional-grade indoor courts in mid-December 2025. This will be the second Pickleball Kingdom franchise club to come to Illinois, joining the one in Waukegan.
Mike and Sanjay Patel, the owners of Pickleball X Equity, bring a wealth of experience in managing service businesses, franchises, and large-scale developments. This includes Pickleball Kingdom clubs, which are open and operating in Cincinnati and Centerville, OH, and Lexington, KY.
“Pickleball is growing faster than we ever imagined, and our mission is to make this incredible sport accessible to as many communities as possible,” said Mike Patel. “We believe that life is better with pickleball, and we can’t wait to share that with North Aurora.”
