Phoenix Footwear Group, Inc. has appointed Michael Crosno as VP of sales of the company's Trotters and SoftWalk divisions, effective immediately.
Mr. Crosno brings to Phoenix almost three decades of sales management experience in the footwear industry. Most recently, he spent seven years as National Sales Manager at Munro & Company, Inc.'s American Division, a leading manufacturer of high quality comfort footwear in the U.S. Under his leadership, Munro American experienced superior sales growth with key national retailers such as Nordstrom and Parisian Department Stores as well as better domestic and international independent retailers.
Prior to his career at Munro, Mr. Crosno spent twenty years with Nine West Group, Inc. where he held numerous sales executive and management positions leading to his appointment of Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations of the Selby Division in 2000. While in charge of the division's sales and operations, he was responsible for all areas of sales and marketing as well as product sourcing and inventory management. During his previous tenure with Nine West he managed, coached and evaluated sales and marketing activities of the company's several regional sales divisions.
Mr. Crosno holds a BS in Business Administration from the Southeast Missouri State University.
