Brett Dean has joined Perry Ellis International as chief marketing officer. He was most recently with Abercrombie & Fitch, where he served as senior director, of brand marketing and public relations.

Prior to Abercrombie & Fitch, Dean had a successful career at Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company, serving as Creative Director, where he led U.S. and international design teams for the Calvin Klein, Nautica, and BCBG brands until 2005.

“Since recently joining Perry Ellis International I have found the current marketing infrastructure and teams to be very seasoned, creative, and up to date. I am very excited and look forward to the opportunity to continue developing consumer awareness among our broad portfolio of well known brands,” commented Dean.

While in his role as Chief Marketing Officer Dean will be responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing strategies, brand management, direct and online marketing, advertising, promotions and marketing communications.
