Nautilus’ apparel business delivered $16.7 million in net sales for the third quarter, that's compared to $15.1 million in the year ago quarter, making them up about 10.6%. Spring 2007 pre-bookings came in “solid” according to management. The equipment and apparel divisions have started cooperating on catalogs for the fall and winter seasons for the first time since NLS acquired Pearl iZUMi. Nautilus expects about 15% growth in apparel for the full year, with a “very solid” fourth quarter.

The apparel division, which is primarily run by the team at Pearl iZUMi, also introduced two new brands this year and has received a 2006 Gear of the Year Honor from Mountain Bike Magazine for its new line of Vagabond mountain bike footwear.
