Pale Morning Media today announced the addition of account manager Patrick Brown, strengthening the agencys growing expertise in snowsports retail, resort marketing and strategic communications.
Most recently, Brown served as the communications manager at Sugarbush Resort (Warren, Vermont). His work included media relations, social media management, crisis communications, content creation, digital communications and partnership development. In all fields, Browns efforts were credited with increasing skier visits and sales.
Browns previous experience includes ski industry sales and marketing roles in Alaska, Vermont, Utah and Chile-as well as multiple seasons on the retail floor at Christy Sports in Snowbird, Utah.
Patrick has the diverse personal and career experience were looking for at Pale Morning Media. Most importantly, he knows from direct professional experience that PR isnt about some soft and fuzzy target like ‘raising brand awareness. Hailing from the ice of New England, Brown is a lifelong skier whose off season pursuits include fly fishing, sailing, road biking and mountain biking. In addition to his ski industry and communication experiences, Brown brings a keen interest in entrepreneurship and business development to his new role.
