Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. promoted Alfred Chang to senior vice president, men’s merchandising and design. Chang was previously VP, men’s merchandising and design. He will continue to be responsible for managing all aspects of merchandising and design for the men’s division.
Chang joined the company in 2006.
