Pacific Outdoor Equipments key management team has agreed to acquire Pacific Outdoor Equipments global brand and strategic assets. The management buy-out, which includes key employees and stake holders, brings flexibility to control and elevate Pacific Outdoor Equipment's operations and supply chain.
All of Pacific Outdoor Equipment's product development will remain in Bozeman, Montana and products will continue to be made in its dedicated factory facility.

We love what we do, and want to do all that we can to better support our dealers and staff through a greater commitment to the brand.”
Pacific Outdoor Equipments products include sleeping pads, dry bags, urban packs, camping accessories and bike pannier bags.
