Pacific Cycle, owner of the Schwinn, Mongoose and GT brands, among others, has a new marketing team and a new marketing strategy. The team is now located at the company’s world headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.

“We’re committed to a very integrated brand management approach to marketing with this new team,” said Vice President of Marketing, Paul Silver.

The Pacific Cycle marketing department went through a recent overhaul, and many new positions were created to broaden the in-house capabilities of the department.

“Having a more diverse staff means that we can accomplish more of our creative endeavors in-house, which cuts down on costs and increases the efficiency with which we can operate,” explained Silver. “We’re equally committed to supporting our independent bike dealerships as we are our mass and sporting goods retailers.”
