Retrospec, the Los Angeles, CA-based maker of e-bikes, bikes, paddleboards, skateboards, and other outdoor gear, appointed Scott Lampe as chief operating officer.

As COO, Lampe will oversee operational and financial strategy, planning and operations. He brings 15 years of experience in operations and finance leadership in the outdoor industry. Past roles include head of Operations and Finance at Pinarello, the Italian bicycle manufacturer, and director of Operations at Niner Bikes, based in Fort Collins, CO.
