Tactics, the retailer specializing in snowboarding and skateboarding with four stores in Oregon and Washington, said Adam Gerken has assumed the additional role of snow department general manager, in addition to his current position as retail director.
In this expanded leadership role, Gerken will oversee new business development, marketing partnerships, and segment oversight for the snow department, while continuing to lead Tactics’ retail operations.
Gerken has been in the snowboard industry since 1990 and with Tactics since 2016. As retail director, he has played a key role in retail growth, store performance and team development.
