The Outdoor Reps Association has announced that its annual summer trade show will take place July 19-21 at Monona Terrace in Madison, WI. The annual event attracts retailers and sales reps from all over the upper midwest, from Illinios to the Dakotas and upper Michigan to Missouri.
According to ORA Executive Director Scott Lynch, the dates were chosen based on clear preference by a strong majority of ORA member reps. “Our members are the conduit that connects manufacturers and retailers–constituencies that don't always have the same needs. They have told us that the mid/late July time-frame is the right time for them to do their work.”
The Monona Terrace facility is located on the lakefront, adjacent to bike paths and downtown Madison. Lynch describes it as an ideal setting for an outdoor trade show, with many show attendees enjoying the lakefront location or adjacent bike path for pre-show exercise. The rooftop Fashion Preview offers a panoramic view of Lake Monona.
