Emerald Holding, the operator of Outdoor Retailer, Surf Expo, Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show, and other trade shows, appointed Vince DiMaggio as chief accounting officer.

In his new role, DiMaggio brings over 25 years of accounting leadership experience across both public and private companies. Most recently, he served as SVP and chief accounting officer at Stagwell Global, where he oversaw global accounting, reporting and compliance for a diverse international portfolio. Previously, he served as global controller and chief accounting officer at Endeavor and held senior finance roles at Viacom, Inc. and The New York Times Company.

A CPA, DiMaggio has expertise in SEC reporting, technical accounting and SOX compliance.

At Emerald, DiMaggio will oversee all aspects of accounting operations and public financial reporting.
