The La Jolla Group, Inc., which was founded in 1992 with the acquisition of the North American license for ONeill Clothing from Jack ONeill and his family, has added another brand to its roster as it acquired the North American license for apparel and accessories for Rusty. The La Jolla Group adds Rusty to its stable that includes licenses for Lost and Metal Mulisha Clothing, as well as ONeill.
The company acquired the licensing rights from R & Everything Else, Inc., the company that owns and controls the Rusty brand worldwide. Charlie Setzler, VP of sales for ONeill Clothing, has been selected as president of Rusty North America.
