O’Neill Clothing named Steve Ward as Vice President of Marketing. Ward will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department and will be based out of the offices in Irvine, CA. He will report directly to Toby Bost, Chief Executive Officer of O’Neill, Lost and Metal Mulisha Clothing brands.

“Steve has tremendous knowledge of the brand and brings over 20 years of Action Sports industry experience to the already solid marketing team,” said Bost, “Steve’s past experiences as a pro surfer, sales executive, and marketing executive will enable him to guide power marketing and sales initiatives as O’Neill Clothing continues to out perform in the industry.”

Ward has served as National Sales Manager for O’Neill over the past two years and is stoked on his new assignment. “I love this brand and what it stands for. The roots, the O’Neill heritage, and the people behind the organization are what inspire me to take on this new role,” said Ward, “I am looking forward to heading up our marketing efforts and taking our brand to the next level.”

Ward, whose experience dates back to sweeping foam dust and working retail for Stewart Surfboards, as well as being a Californian pro surfer in the 80’s, will replace out going Vice President Tim Garrett, whom has been appointed as President of Dysfunctional Clothing, licensee of Lost Clothing.
