On Holding, AG has named Rebecca Cai, currently general manager of APAC, as chief global markets officer, effective September 1. The Swiss running brand also reported that Alice Delahunt, formerly at Ralph Lauren and Burberry, will join the company as chief customer officer, effective September 7.
“We are thrilled to announce these two exciting leadership appointments, which are a direct reflection of our dedication to keep placing our consumer at the center of everything we do,” said Scott Maguire, president and COO of On Holding. “As we grow our business and deliver the ‘wow’ to our fans worldwide, this new leadership set-up will enable greater focus and alignment.”
As chief global markets officer, Cai (shown top right) will lead On’s markets across the APAC, EMEA and Americas regions, along with the company’s global commercial teams. Cai will begin her transition on September 1, 2026, and will continue to lead the APAC team until a successor is identified, before relocating to Zurich next year.
Cai joined On as business development specialist based in On’s headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland in June 2020, and was promoted to head of E-Commerce, APAC in February 2022. She took on the role as VP, general manager, APAC, working out of Shanghai in December 2022. Before On, Cai worked for Nike and JP Morgan.
On said that since joining On six years ago, Cai “has been a pivotal voice in the brand’s growth journey. During her tenure as general manager in APAC, the region’s business grew six-fold. She brings outstanding leadership, deep commercial expertise, and an unwavering commitment to the team’s culture.”
Alice Delahunt (shown below left) brings a “wealth of global leadership and entrepreneurial experience” to her new role as chief customer officer. Based in New York, Delahunt will oversee On’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, spanning digital and retail, as well as the brand’s focus on customer loyalty.
Delahunt was, most recently, founder of SYKY, a retail marketplace combining digital and physical commerce that was wound down at the close of 2025. She was at Ralph Lauren from 2018 to 2022, with her last role being chief digital officer and chief content officer. From 2011 to early 2018, she was at Burberry, including serving as global director of digital ans social.
Delahunt is also a non-executive board member at Zalando and Soho House & Co.
“Alice and Rebecca will play a pivotal role in strengthening our ambition to become premium at every touchpoint alongside their world-class teams,” Maguire added. “They will work closely with our product, marketing and supply chain leadership to define what success looks like and further simplify our operating model.”
The new commercial leadership structure follows the departure of Britt Olsen, who plans to leave the company by the end of September 2026, following a one-year transition period. Olsen has been chief commercial officer at On since January 2024 and initially joined the company as head of Marketing, North America in November 2014.
“We are deeply grateful for Britt’s outstanding commitment and steady leadership over the past eleven years,” commented David Allemann, founder and co-CEO, On Holding. “Her impact on our journey has been extraordinary – from playing an instrumental role in building our business in the Americas to establishing our first global Commercial function. We wish her the very best in her next chapter.”
