Electric bike maker Ohm Cycles Ltd. opened it’s first factory store in the United States in Seattle Monday. U.S. bike dealers have largely passed on the e-bike trend, which is driving much of the growth in bike sales in Europe, but Ohm has been scoring reviews in several high profile U.S. publications, including Autoweek, CNN, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal and wired.

Located in Greenwood northwest of downtown Seattle, the Ohm Factory Store features a 600- square-foot showroom dedicated to Ohm Cycle’s Electric Bikes.

“We are excited to bring a new Ohm retail concept to the USA,” said Michael DeVisser, co-founder. “This store will be the best place for people of Seattle to shop and learn about electric bikes and alternative transportation.”

The Ohm Factory Store Seattle has both Urban and Sport models available, as well as a range of third party commuting specific accessories. The store’s staff includes a regional e-bike expert and other staff ready to share their expertise and offer customers personalized instruction on getting started with electric bikes.

The Ohm Factory Store Seattle is located at 8310 8th Ave NW in Greenwood – 10 minutes from downtown Seattle. Founded in 2005, Ohm Cycles is based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.
