OGIO, the maker of golf bags, apparel and accessories, announced the addition of Peter Woolf to the sales management team. Previously, Woolf held the national account manager and sales manager positions at Callaway Golf.

The all-star team boasts a collection of golf managers with over 80 years of industry experience, collectively. Woolf contributes 21 years of sales, brand development, relationship maintenance, and growth-forecast experience in the sporting goods industry to OGIO. OGIO has strengthened its golf sales team over the past three years which has resulted in average annual growth of 34 percent over this time period. The addition of Woolf is key as OGIO expands its strategic growth focus with larger golf and sports retailers in the US and Canada.

As National Account Manager of OGIO, Woolf is expected to handle National Accounts by applying his success and similar-product background from Callaway Golf to this fresh endeavour.

At Callaway Golf. his responsibilities included the continued developmental responsibilities related to Callaway Golf's largest company accounts as well as creating and managing an industry leading Brand Ambassador program; Woolf optimized results. Before securing his most recently noted roles at Callaway Golf, he spent 2 years as a Strategic Account Manager, working with Callaway's critical, regional and strategic partners. The first 12 years Woolf excelled as a top performer annually in his role as an Inside Sales Representative, driving product distribution and exceeding revenue targets.
