Peter McKenna, President of NRI Distribution Inc. has announced the appointment of Jeffery W. Meneely as the new Director of Operations.
Meneely, 39, assumes his new role on August 25, 2008. He will oversee all operations of the companys distribution facilities in Kamloops and Ontario. Meneely will lead the growth and development of the operations staff, combined with new technology and services for the clients.
Meneely comes to NRI Distribution Inc. from his previous position as Operations VP and General Manager, Fulfillment, with the Home Shopping Networks USA warehouse in Tennessee. His professional experience also includes positions at Ecolab, MasterFoods, Frito Lay and Target in the US.
“We are pleased to have Jeff join our team,” Peter McKenna said, “his extensive knowledge in all aspects of distribution operations from running the Home Shopping Networks one million square foot facility is a great addition to our company. It will be extremely beneficial for us to have Jeff on board with the construction and completion of our new Kamloops 133,000 square foot warehouse due to open in February 2009.”
