Nordstrom, Inc. plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Marlton, NJ, in the fall of 2026.
The 30,000-square-foot store will be located at Willow Ridge Plaza, a premium shopping center in Marlton, which includes Marshalls, Rally House, Ulta, Skechers, Old Navy, and Five Below, among others.

Willow Ridge Plaza is owned and managed by Penn Group of Companies.
