Nordstrom, Inc. is planning to open a new Nordstrom Rack store in Kennewick, WA, in Fall 2026.

The 25,000-square-foot Rack store will be located at the Tri-Cities Center, a shopping center that includes Craft Warehouse and Habit Burger. The Tri-Cities Center is owned and managed by BPG Investments IX.

Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, said: “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Tri-Cities market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”

Lionello added that in this location, “customers will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and they can make returns easily.”

“Nordstrom Rack represents exactly the kind of high-quality, sought-after retailer that aligns with our long-term strategy for revitalizing and modernizing the center,” said Seth Startup, Startup Development Partners.

“This addition reflects our commitment to thoughtfully curating a dynamic tenant mix that meets the evolving needs of the community,” said Clayton Brown, managing member of BPG Investments IX.
