Boston-based training brand Nobull has hired Allison Giorgio, formerly at Puma, as chief marketing officer and Joe Martin, previously at Adidas, as chief commercial officer.
Allison Giorgio was most recently chief marketing officer at Wellness Pet Company. Prior to that, she spent more than 17 years at Puma. Here last role at Puma was VP of marketing, North America.
In a LinkedIn post, Nobull said, “In her time at PUMA, she drove brand desirability and cultural relevance across all major sport and lifestyle categories. She played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s strategy across marketing activations, product launches, partnerships and communications and optimized its omnichannel retail marketing strategy.”
Joe Martin comes to the company from Fossil Group, where he served most recently as chief commercial officer. Prior to that he spent more than 10 years at Adidas where he led North American sales strategy and operations.
Nobull said, “Joe has spent his career building and scaling global brands and commercial organizations across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce globally.”
Nobull said of both additions, “Together, Joe and Allison add world-class expertise across marketing and commercial strategy, further strengthening the Nobull leadership team during a period of continued growth and momentum for the brand.”
The company, focused on cross-training footwear, was founded by two former Reebok executives, Marcus Wilson and Michael Schaeffer, in 2015. In 2023, Mike Repole, the founder of Vitaminwater and BodyArmor, acquired a majority stake in Nobull through his investment firm, Impact Capital. Brent Hastie, a partner at Impact Capital and former president at BodyArmor, at the time became acting CEO. In 2024, Tom Brady merged his health and nutrition company, TB12, and apparel company, Brady, with Nobull, with the NFL legend becoming the second largest shareholder in Nobull.
