Nike Ad Celebrates Cavaliers’ Unlikely Run

Nike ran a full-page ad in the Cleveland Plain Dealers celebrating LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers' run in the NBA playoffs.

The ad commemorates James' return to Cleveland and the challenges the team overcame during the season, including its surprising playoff wins without injured players Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving.

James signed a seven-year, $93 million contract with Nike in May 2003. Nike renewed its endorsement deal in in 2010 just prior to his departure to the Miami Heat. James announced he would return to the Cavaliers in July, 2014.
