Night Fision, a maker of tritium insertion, iron sight solutions and optic plate adaptors, announced the acquisition of Zaffiri Precision, known for its customizable aftermarket gun slides and barrels that are compatible with Glock and Sig Sauer.
Terms were not disclosed.
Night Fision, based in Dearborn, MI, said the move supports its long-term goal of expanding its aftermarket offerings while creating a more streamlined path from product development through delivery.
In recent years, Zaffiri Precision, based in Largo, FL, has expanded its portfolio to include compensators, complete pistol upper kits and small parts for Glock, Sig Sauer and Springfield platforms. Plans are in place to continue growing the Zaffiri Precision brand while maintaining its individuality and design identity.
