New Era plans to open a 2,500-square-foot flagship store on London’s Oxford Street in September.

The brand will occupy the ground and four upper floors at 386 Oxford Street on a 10-year lease. The building is located adjacent to Selfridges and close to Bond Street station.

Callum White, associate director in retail at Savills, which acted for the landlord on the letting, said in a statement, “The momentum on Oxford Street is accelerating, with the upcoming pedestrianisation acting as a powerful magnet for global retailers. New Era’s arrival is another vote of confidence in this shifting energy, proving that top brands are eager to plant their flags ahead of a reimagined, traffic-free environment.”

The headwear brand operates two flagship stores, including a store in New York City that opened this past April. It has operated a flagship in downtown Buffalo near its headquarters for about two decades.
