Melissa Worth, SVP, Americas at New Balance since 2018, is leaving the brand, according to a LinkedIn post.
The post didn’t indicate whether she was leaving for another opportunity. Prior to joining the New Balance team in late 2018, Worth served as president of Perry Ellis Menswear.
Her LinkedIn post follows: “After seven incredible years, I’m closing this chapter at New Balance with immense gratitude—for the journey, the growth, and most of all, the people who made it unforgettable.
“Leading this team has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. I’m proud of the business we’ve built together and the brand’s tremendous growth during this time. Across these seven years, we’ve broken through milestone after milestone—each one a testament to the talent, resilience, and ambition of this team.
“What I’ll carry forward are the lessons in collaboration and purpose—the values that define this brand and the extraordinary individuals behind it. I’m equally proud of the culture we’ve nurtured: one rooted in authenticity, innovation, and supporting each other through change.
“To my colleagues, partners, and mentors: thank you for your trust, support, and inspiration. While I’m excited for what’s next, today is about celebrating this chapter and cheering on all that’s ahead for New Balance.”
