New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., various Karl Lagerfeld entities, and Net-A-Porter Group LLC, have resolved the lawsuit filed by New Balance concerning its iconic trademarks and trade dress and the design of Lagerfelds casual footwear line.
Lagerfeld and Net-A-Porter acknowledge that New Balance owns valid and protectable rights in its claimed trademarks and trade dress and they have ceased selling the challenged footwear. The remaining terms of the settlement are confidential.
