NEMO Equipment, Inc. has added graphic designer Bridget Alexander to its art department. Bridget will be collaborating with NEMO’s art director on collateral design, product packaging, ad campaigns, and product styling.

Alexander earned a BA in fine art from Colgate and later completed the Graphic Design Certificate Program at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Before landing at NEMO, she was the assistant director, donor engagement and events for Harvard University and did freelance design work for MIT, Boston Wine Exchange and others.

“We are excited to have Bridget join the team. Her effortless, fresh use of typography and creative approach to design will be a great asset to NEMO.  I am already looking forward to creating our next catalog alongside her, there is no doubt it will be NEMO's best offering yet,” says Bill Kramer, Art Director.

When she’s not crafting a message for NEMO, Alexander can be found traveling, exploring the outdoors via boots, skis, or bike, on her yoga mat, or hanging with her husband and cat.

NEMO currently employees 15 people at its Nashua, NH headquarters. Of those fifteen, four have been hired within the last year to address the growing demand for its products, as well as expand the product line. NEMO has doubled its sales year over year for the past four years and expects similar growth for 2011.

NEMO was founded in 2002 by Cam Brensinger with the commitment to bringing the highest level of design and engineering to the world of outdoor adventure sports. Besides AirSupported Technology, NEMO has patents pending for its lightweight pumps, washable floor liners, condensation curtains and many more features and accessories which add functionality and comfort to its shelters.
