Total Wine & More announced that Ryan Ross, formerly president of Neiman Marcus Brand and head of NMG Customer Insights, will join the company as chief executive officer, effective January 12.Ross left Neiman Marcus in December 2024 following the chain’s sale to Saks Global Group. He previously held leadership roles at Williams Sonoma and HSN.
