The National Golf Foundation (NGF) announced the addition of Bill Golden as SVP of Strategic Services and Reid Gorman as SVP of Business Intelligence and Operations.
The new hires strengthen the trade organization’s support for the golf industry by expanding its research, strategic insight and enhanced services.
Gorman will oversee the NGF’s research, content, membership, and operations departments. With more than 30 years in the golf industry, including over two decades in senior leadership roles at major companies including Callaway Golf, a term as president of MacGregor Golf (one of the NGF’s six founding members in 1936), and roles with high-growth startups like SwingU and in strategic advisory, Gorman brings deep expertise in business strategy, data analytics and AI transformation.
Golden will lead marketing services, agency, sales, and consulting. As the former CEO of Golf Tourism Solutions (formerly Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday) and a past NGF board member, Golden brings decades of experience in destination marketing, revenue strategy and industry partnerships. In his new role, he will focus on expanding NGF’s advisory and revenue-generating services, helping golf businesses convert insight into measurable growth.
“These hires represent a pivotal step forward for the National Golf Foundation,” said Greg Nathan, president and CEO of NGF. “Reid’s leadership will transform how we harness data, research, and AI to serve the industry, while Bill’s proven strategic and marketing expertise strengthens our ability to help businesses grow. Together, they significantly expand NGF’s capacity to deliver insight and innovation that helps our members and clients succeed.”
NGF is celebrating its 90th Anniversary this year.
