MySize, Inc. announced the acquisition of ShoeSize.Me., a European SaaS company specializing in AI-powered footwear sizing and fit solutions to help shoe brands and retailers enhance their customers’ digital experiences.
The acquisition, primarily structured as a share deal, will provide investors with 241,093 newly issued shares of common stock and a cash payment of $150,000.
ShoeSize.Me reports that it “serves over 20 leading fashion retailers and maintains a strong presence in Central Europe, with key clients including Alshaya Group (a Foot Locker partner in the Middle East).”
The company expects SaaS revenues to surpass €500,000 ($590,000) by 2025, driven by its ShoeAI solution. Founded in 2015, MySize delivers smartphone-based measurement tools for apparel and footwear sizing.
With this acquisition, ShoeSize.Me. will operate under the Naiz Fit umbrella and expands MySize’s proprietary data assets, creating cross-selling potential. It further strengthens MySize’s ability to execute its consolidation strategy in the fashion technology sector.

ShoeSize.Me’s technology is reported to have “analyzed over 92 million consumer transactions, 23 million shoe sizes across 19 international scales, 1.2 million shoe models, and more than 6,000 brands across footwear categories.”
