Moji, a leader in recovery products in the massage space, appointed Brian Anderson as interim CEO and member of the active lifestyle brand’s newly created board of directors

Anderson will lead the company’s talented Chicago-based team, focusing on long-term strategic growth.

“I couldn’t be happier to announce Brian as our new Interim Chief Executive Officer” said Victor Viner, Founder of Moji. “Brian is intuitive, results-driven and an exceptional leader. He understands the sports and outdoor industry and is passionate about expanding our vision for Moji within the recovery and massage space.”

Anderson comes to Moji with 21 years of experience in sales, marketing, brand management, M&A and general management, 15 years of which were in the sporting goods and outdoor industries. Brian’s professional background includes serving as CEO of action sports brand, Madd Gear America, president of EB Sport Group – a provider of fitness accessories – and SVP of global sales and marketing for 180s, specializing in outdoor accessories and apparel. Anderson currently serves on the board of directors for the Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) and was a recipient of the SGB 40 Under 40 Award in 2010.

“I’m thrilled to join a company that, in just a few short years, has developed top-notch massage and recovery products backed by a high level of medical and scientific research” said Anderson. “As a marathon runner and multi-sport athlete, I understand the benefits of massage and recovery, especially as I get older. I look forward to partnering with top retailers in the industry to get these outstanding products in the hands of athletic consumers with sore muscles.”

Moji recently debuted an innovative six product line of portable recovery and pain-relief self-massagers all manufactured within miles of the brand’s suburban Chicago headquarters.

Moji develops and commercializes best-in-class recovery and massage
products for athletes of all sports, including runners, triathletes and
