Missile Baits has appointed Ryan Escutia as the new director of sales for the Salem, VA-based company. Most recently, he was a territory manager at Pure Fishing.
In his new role, Escutia will focus on strengthening distribution channels, supporting retail and wholesale partners and driving new opportunities for product expansion.

Missile Baits is primarily known for its extensive range of bass fishing tackle.
