The Mint Green Group announced an exclusive distribution partnership with Nike Canada in golf and tennis. The partnership will enable increased investment in these categories.

“Our partnership with Nike marks a fantastic new chapter in Mint Green’s history, and it has the potential to be the greatest chapter of them all,” said Ted Fletcher, founder and chairman of Mint Green.

Mint Green brings over 45 years of experience with a management team driving sales and market share while serving as a local-market extension of the global brands they represent.

“This is a winning partnership for Nike, Mint Green and – most importantly – for Canadian golf and tennis players, who connect deeply with the Nike brand. We are 100 percent focused on amplifying Nike’s leadership in these two sports and, ultimately, elevating the brand in the marketplace,” said Mint Green CEO, Joanne Fletcher.

“This partnership is coming at the perfect time as Canadian participation rates in golf and tennis are both experiencing strong growth,” she said.

Beginning on November 1, Mint Green will assume all sales to Canadian retail partners for Nike Golf and Tennis and will begin shipping the Spring 2021 season, as of January 1.
