MidwayUSA announced the promotion of Neal Lines to the position of Internet advertising manager.

Lines began his career at MidwayUSA in 2008 as an application development intern. Shortly thereafter, he graduated from Columbia College, earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minors in Business and Mathematics. After graduation, Lines joined the MidwayUSA team as a full-time application developer, and within just a few years was promoted to an application development manager. Lines has managed the Information Systems (IS) Merchandising, IS Marketing and most recently IS System Services teams.

“While I have a technological background, Marketing has always been of interest to me,” said Lines. “MidwayUSA’s strategy to promote from within gives me the opportunity to utilize my technological skills to implement and improve our marketing initiatives.”

In his new role, Lines will be responsible for managing, documenting, improving, and executing the company’s Internet advertising, market analysis, marketing data management, and customer relationship management processes. He will also be a key contributor to the policy management and administration and planning processes.

“Neal’s management experience with the IS Merchandising, IS Marketing, and System Services teams have given him a great systems perspective,” said Jeff Larkin, VP, marketing. “His organizational skills and attention to detail make him a valuable addition to our team.”
