Mid Fin Co. (Midfin) has hired Mike Vavak as director of Dealer and Rep Relations and expanded its national sales team.
With over two decades of experience supporting surf retailers and building brand partnerships, Vavak will lead dealer relations, rep development, and national sales strategy as Mid Fin Co. continues to grow its retail footprint.

The Hawaii-based surf fin brand reported that it is “stocked in over 50 surf shops across the United States and continues to see steady, organic growth driven by strong retailer relationships and authentic grassroots support.”
