As the demand for American made, MPA products increased, MPA put all efforts behind its manufacturing to fill outstanding orders. The increase in sales affected every aspect of MPA's business including customer service.
 
“We recognized that our customers were experiencing problems with accessory orders and with our warranty repair orders. It was just taking too long to get the product to them,” says  MasterPiece Arms CEO Phil Cashin. “We re-evaluated our procedures and have now dedicated personnel and the appropriate resources to remedy the shipping delays.”
 
“Now, MPA has a dedicated staff member for all warranty repairs, plus we implemented a new documentation system to track this performance,” Cashin continued. “Darah Smallwood, our customer service associate who has been doing everything from orders, shipping and customer service, will now be solely dedicated to the very important role of customer service.”
