Massimo Group, the Garland, TX-based manufacturer and distributor of UTVs, ATVs, e-bikes, and electric utility vehicles for the active lifestyle enthusiast, reports that it has begun Vietnam production of its 2026 MVR Golf Cart and MVR Cargo Max Electric Utility Cart.

The company said this “strategic collaboration” strengthens its global supply chain and supports Massimo’s ongoing efforts to boost production flexibility and increase capacity for its growing electric vehicle lineup.

“Our partnership in Vietnam represents an important milestone in Massimo’s continued evolution,” said CEO David Shan. “By leveraging international manufacturing relationships, we’re improving efficiency, lowering costs and expanding our ability to meet accelerating demand across both recreational and utility markets.”

Massimo said the Vietnam production partnership will “increase output while maintaining its quality and value standards for dealers and customers worldwide.”

Alongside the production expansion, Massimo is introducing Lithium-Ion battery options for its MVR Series electric carts, expecting to deliver “higher performance, longer lifespan, and greater efficiency over traditional lead-acid batteries.”

“The addition of lithium power across our MVR lineup reflects the strong feedback we’re hearing from dealers and customers,” Shan added. “These updates make our products more competitive, more efficient, and better aligned with the future of electric mobility.”
