Mammut hired Emily Buck, formerly at The North Face and Under Armour, as its new director of Marketing for North America. Most recently, she was a senior customer success manager at Bluecore, an e-commerce personalization platform, from May 2025 to January 2026.

Previously, she spent nearly eight years at The North Face, most recently as head of owned media and lifestyle marketing. Other roles at The North Face include manager, email and mobile marketing. Prior to The North Face, she worked for Under Armour as a digital marketing associate.

At Mammut, Buck is tasked with expanding brand awareness and reach through resort and athlete partnerships, brand events and community activations, retail, content, and digital marketing campaigns.

“Emily brings the vision and leadership we need to build on the momentum we’re experiencing in the North American market,” said Matt Kaplan, managing director of Mammut North America. “Her proven ability to connect brand storytelling with marketplace strategy will be instrumental as we expand our resort and retail footprint, and introduce Mammut to an even broader community of mountain enthusiasts.”
