Major League Baseball Properties has reached new five-year licensing agreements for Team MLB, the exclusive new line of Major League Baseball branded institutional baseball uniforms, with Majestic Athletic, Ltd. and Outdoor Cap Co.
The new deal was announced Friday at the Sports Inc. Athletic Show in Indianapolis, IN.
As part of the agreements, which run from 2005 to 2009, Majestic Athletic and Outdoor Cap will be the exclusive suppliers of institutional baseball league uniforms and headwear, respectively, featuring the colors and logos of all 30 Major League Baseball Clubs and the Team MLB brand logo.
“These new long term agreements with Majestic Athletic, Ltd. and Outdoor Cap Co. are an essential component in our ability to better service the institutional baseball market,” said Howard Smith, Senior Vice President, Licensing, Major League Baseball Properties. “Youth baseball leagues and these partnerships are essential to growing the game of baseball, and these new agreements ensure that team dealers will be able to offer affordable and high quality Major League Baseball uniforms to baseball leagues throughout the country.”

The Team MLB line of institutional baseball uniforms includes jerseys, T-shirts and pants from Majestic Athletic and caps and visors from Outdoor Cap. Team MLB uniforms are available in a variety of styles and price points.
