Lululemon’s Chief AI and Technology Officer Departs August 13, 2026 SGB Update Lululemon Athletica, Inc. reported in a regulatory filing on Thursday, August 13, that Ranju Das has “ceased to serve” as the company’s chief AI and technology officer. The company added that “transition plans in place for his responsibilities. No additional details regarding the circumstances of Das’s departure or the transition plan were provided in the filing. Das joined Lululemon in September 2025 as the retailer’s first chief AI & technology officer. He formerly founded Swan AI Studios, was CEO of OptumLabs, the R&D arm of UnitedHealth Group and general manager for Amazon AI Services. On April 11, reports arrived that Lululemon’s chief strategy officer Rachel Acheson had left the company after over 14 years with the retailer.
