Lululemon Athletica, Inc. has promoted Carla Anderson to an expanded role of SVP and general manager of North America.
Anderson’s appointment follows the announcement that Celeste Burgoyne, LULU’s president of the Americas and Global Guest Innovation, will leave the company at the end of December 2025, and that André Maestrini, EVP of International, was named president and chief commercial officer of the company.
Anderson has been with Lululemon for over 20 years and began her career as an educator in one of the brand’s first stores in Toronto.
After years of taking on progressively senior leadership roles within Lululemon, Anderson relocated to Vancouver in 2015 to start a new role as general manager for the U.S., a position she held until 2017.
Anderson currently serves as SVP of North America Retail, reporting to Maestrini, alongside Lululemon’s Chief Digital Officer, Danny Ryder.
The company’s leaders for APAC, EMEA and China Mainland will continue to report to Maestrini.
