Lazydays Holdings, Inc. has closed on the asset sale of two of its locations on opposite sides of the country. The company has sold its Fort Pierce, FL, and Mesa, AZ, sales locations to General R.V. Center, Inc. The Fort Pierce location included a real estate sale. The companies expect to complete the remaining divestiture in Longmont, CO, in the coming weeks.

Lazydays Holdings, Inc. sold five other locations earlier this year to Camping World Holdings (CWH), but two locations, in Portland, OR, and Council Bluffs, IA, were rejected because they reportedly did not meet CWH standards, according to a company media statement.

Over the past three years, General RV has reported nearly doubling its number of Supercenters nationwide, offering sales and service for RVs ranging from affordable travel trailers to luxury motorhomes. The third-generation, family-owned company has over 20 locations in nine states, including Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, Utah, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Michigan, where it maintains its corporate offices.

The transaction gives General RV its first location in Arizona.

“We have truly appreciated the work and cooperation demonstrated by the Lazydays team to help us expand our ability to provide premier service to our Fort Pierce customers,” said General RV CEO and third-generation family owner Loren Baidas. “When we opened our existing Fort Pierce Supercenter in 2023, we never stopped looking for ways to make it even better for our current and future customers. This acquisition does just that with a large Supercenter facility and easily accessible location on I-95.”

Regarding the Mesa location, Baidas added, “Introducing General RV to a new state is always exciting, and we have appreciated the collaboration by the Lazydays team to help us achieve this. Having seen great success with our two Utah Supercenters, we are looking forward to leveraging what we’ve learned there to provide the premier customer service and expansive RV selection to our new and existing customers in Arizona.”

Ron Fleming, interim CEO of Lazydays, said the sales continue to streamline operations and right-size the company’s dealership footprint while paying off meaningful debt on its balance sheet, bringing cash to the balance sheet and continuing the company’s operational turnaround plan.

“We are again pleased with the smooth process and look forward to working with General RV to complete the last remaining divestiture,” Fleming continued.
