Lands End, Inc. announced the rotation of several board assignments,
including the election of Josephine Linden as chairman of the board of
directors. Linden, founder, managing member and principal of Linden
Global Strategies LLC, has been a member of the board since March 2014.
Elizabeth Darst Leykum, who had served as chairman since April, becomes
chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee, and Robert
Galvin becomes chair of the compensation committee.

Said
Linden, “We are grateful to Elizabeth for her leadership through our
successful spin-off process over the last year and respect her request
to rotate assignments at this time. We are delighted she will serve as
chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and that Bob
will take over my role as chair of the Compensation Committee.  For my
part I look forward to assuming my new role as we continue to follow the
vision of our founder, Gary Comer, to grow Lands End into a global
lifestyle brand.”

“It has been an extraordinary privilege to
serve as Chairman of the Board of Lands End and help guide the company
throughout the spin-off process,” said Leykum. “I am honored to
continue to serve on the Board of a brand that I, and so many loyal
customers, love.”

The company also announced the formation of a
Technology Committee of the Board, which will be responsible for
assisting the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities
regarding the company’s information technology strategy and information
technology risks. Galvin, Jignesh Patel and Jonah Staw were
appointed as the initial members of the Technology Committee, with Patel appointed as its Chairman.
