Lands’ End announced that Kym Maas has been promoted to president and chief creative officer, effective immediately, leading U.S. consumer, design, merchandising, marketing, and creative.

The company, headquartered in Dodgeville, WI, said in a media release that it “looks forward to the impact of her customer-first approach, creating a seamless and personalized journey across every touchpoint.”

“I’m honored to step into this expanded role and bring together our consumer, design, merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to deliver a unified experience,” said Maas, an industry veteran with leadership experience at multiple companies, including American Eagle Outfitters, Abercrombie & Fitch, LOFT, Ann Taylor, Inc., and Anthropologie.
