The Lafuma Group is reporting “much better” sell through of its LaFuma brand in the United States due to earlier deliveries this season and is forecasting double digit gains in fall/winter 2010 with the recent addition of the French snowsport brands Eider and Killy.


LaFuma said it completed many fall/winter 2010 line previews by the first week of December at its  showroom in Lafayette, CO. That was the earliest ever and should provide earlier lead times and more efficient deliveries, LaFuma said.


The Lafuma Group America has been beefing up for 2010. Improvements over last year include an in-house marketing manager, a new PR firm with offices in Denver and New York City, three outstanding athletes and a new 2000-square-foot booth at SIA.
