Louisiana Tech announced a multi-year agreement to extend its supply contract for apparel and equipment with Adidas and add team dealer Game One as the product supplier.

“We are excited to partner with Game One and Adidas to continue our long-standing partnership with an iconic apparel brand,” said Vice President and Director of Athletics Ryan Ivey. “The versatility of Game One will provide new pathways for us to capitalize on micro-moments and retail opportunities, in addition to the team-issued apparel and equipment. This is another step in fulfilling our vision of serving people on a purpose-driven path to advance the Louisiana Tech athletics brand.”

Adidas became the exclusive supplier for LA Tech Athletics uniforms, apparel, shoes, and other footwear and athletic accessories on July 1, 2016. The new deal is an extension that allows Adidas to remain the official athletic provider for LA Tech’s 16 Division I intercollegiate sports programs.

Game One reports that it supports over 130 colleges and universities nationwide and is the largest Adidas team supplier in the country.

“Adding Louisiana Tech to our collegiate portfolio is a distinct honor,” Tim McMurray, vice president of Collegiate Partnerships at Game One, noted. “Ryan is a recognized national leader and friend who possesses an innovative business acumen. It was also a pleasure to work with (Deputy AD) Gerald Jordan and his administrative team to finalize this agreement. This partnership reflects the paradigm that Tech leadership is committed to an elite athletics program that celebrates student-athlete success.”
