OrthoLite, a provider of comfort insoles, announced its newest co-branded partnership with La Sportiva, an Italian shoe company and leader in outdoor footwear.

La Sportiva Spring/Summer 2014 men’s and women’s Mountain Running styles will be co-branded with OrthoLite insoles and available for purchase in late March. To celebrate this new partnership, OrthoLite and La Sportiva are teaming up to give away two free pairs of the Helios model through a Twitter sweepstakes running from March 18 through March 25.

“OrthoLite is excited about our partnership with La Sportiva, and the continued growth in the mountain and trail running shoe categories,” said Pamela Gelsomini, OrthoLite president. “For more than a decade, La Sportiva has equipped some of the best trail runners in the world with mountain running shoes and we look forward to offering runners the ultimate in comfort over tough terrain.”

OrthoLite insoles will be featured exclusively in five La Sportiva mountain running models and two approach models with two different thicknesses:

  • Mountain Running 4mm: Performance oriented insoles with optimal compromise between comfort and reactivity that are available in the La Sportiva Ultra Raptor, Wild Cat 3.0 and Savage GTX models.
  • Mountain Running Ergonomic 5mm: Comfort oriented insoles that are available in the La Sportiva Bushido and Helios models.

“La Sportiva aims to make the best technical, innovative footwear for exploring the outdoors,” said Lorenzo Delladio, La Sportiva CEO. “We chose to partner with OrthoLite because it’s the only insole brand that guarantees to reach the best levels of comfort, breathability and moisture management, exactly what our trail runners need.”

Beginning March 18 through March 25, La Sportiva and OrthoLite will host a Twitter sweepstakes to give consumers in Europe for a chance to win a pair of Helios shoes with OrthoLite insoles.
