LA Fitness officially launched the Living Healthy Podcast, an extension of the Living Healthy blog but in an audio format, which will serve as an additional resource for members and listeners to help them better stay on track with their health and fitness goals. Listeners will receive on-demand health, nutrition and inspirational advice.

With podcast popularity steadily increasing over the last few years, the LA Fitness Living Healthy podcast is a no-cost perk for all listeners focused on bettering their health.

The inaugural episode focuses on the “Top 5 Myths of Nutrition” and features LA Fitness registered dietitian Debbie James. The show’s content will center around nutrition, fitness and inspirational member stories. Episodes can be found on iTunes, Google Play Music, TuneIn, Stitcher and many other platforms.
