L.L.Bean plans to open its first store in Tennessee in the Coolsprings Galleria in Franklin, just south of Nashville, in mid-July. The store’s footprint will measure 18,000 square feet.

Corey Bouyea, vice president of stores and retail operations at L.L.Bean, said, “Franklin’s proximity to Nashville, strong sense of community and centrality to incredible outdoor spaces make it a natural fit for us, and we’re excited to become part of such a dynamic town.”

In December, L.L.Bean announced plans to open eight stores in 2026, including its first locations in Alabama and Tennessee. In 2027, it plans to add eight to 10 storefronts, including in new markets for the company in the Midwest and Southeast.

L.L.Bean’s planned 2026 store openings will bring its total store count to 76 across 21 states.
