KT Health, LLC, parent company to KT Tape and a leading producer of kinesiology tape and related sports medicine products, announced that Greg Venner has joined the company as president and chief executive officer.
Venner joins KT Health having spent his career building and leading successful enterprises and developing consumer brands in the sports nutrition, food, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Dymatize Enterprises, a leading sports nutrition company. Prior to that he held key executive positions at market leading companies including Boulder Brands, Mead Johnson Nutritionals (a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company), Lance, Inc., Tropicana Products, and Conagra Frozen Foods. John MacKay, KT Health’s outgoing CEO and one of the four original founders, will continue to remain actively involved in the Company as a member of the Board of Directors.

Tobias Nanda, Managing Director of Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm that purchased a controlling interest in KT Health in 2014, added, “We believe that Greg brings with him a unique combination of marketing acumen and leadership which will accelerate KT’s growth significantly. His more than 25 years of experience working with consumer brands will allow KT to continue its growth both domestically and abroad by deepening our relationship with existing retailers, opening new channels of distribution, and driving product innovation. The decision to bring in an elite executive like Greg was made in partnership with the existing management team.”
